Level 3 - Building Survey
A Level 3 Building Survey, previously known as a Structural Survey, is the most comprehensive level of home survey. It is suitable for properties that are very large, old, that have been significantly altered or in a poor condition. It provides a detailed analysis of the property's condition and includes a report on any visible and accessible areas, as well as any hidden defects that may not be immediately apparent.
What It Includes?

- Internal elements: This includes the floors, walls, doors, windows, and any built-in appliances or fixtures.
- Services: This includes the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Structural elements: This includes the foundation, walls, floors, and roof of the property.
